Cocktail Recipe: The New England Spritzer with Poland Spring Sparkling Water (Maine) and Cantina Bostonia White Table Wine (Jamaica Plain, Boston)

Bohemian Budget Alert: $10 for several glasses of spritzer! I've been really into the spritzers lately. It helps you stay hydrated while drinking and is good for the waning days of summer. 

I bought Mandarin Orange flavored Poland Springs Sparkling Water ($2) and Cantina Bostonia White Table Wine from a local winery in Jamaica Plain. They're located next to Sam Adams, but they mysteriously have no web presence. Nonetheless, the wine is nice, only $8 and great as a mixing wine for a spritzer. 

In a big wine glass pour 1/3 wine and about as much sparkling water. Swirl a little to mix it up. Enjoy! Preferably on a porch.
