What I Did on My Summer Staycation in Boston: Commonwealth Shakespeare Company's "Love's Labor's Lost" for a free Shakespeare in the Common show at Boston Common
You have until Aug 7 to see this free production of Shakespeare's "Love's Labor's Lost" by the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company. It is well worth the trip, too! The setting is Edwardian, as most current productions re-set the play in a different time than its origin.
I had decent "seats" (AKA patch of grass) far to stage right, but as a result, I couldn't get the best pics of the production with the stage lights right at the camera. As a result, I decided to take pictures that were more "atmospheric" for your viewing pleasure.
If you get the chance, head down to the Common, near the pavilion to see the show. You also get a $1 off for parking, but public transportation is very close by as well (Park St).
