Golden Curry Lentil #SlowCookerSoup #VegetarianSoup

1 cup red lentils
1/2 brown rice
1/2 frozen spinach
1 cup chopped carrots
2 tbs yellow curry powder
1 tsp paprika, coriander, garlic powder
sprinkle of clove, cumin and nutmeg
1 tsp sugar
1/2 bullion cube
2 quarts water
1 tsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar (use sparingly!)
1/2 tsp of fresh dried vaious herbs: 1/4 in slow cooker to start, 1/4to garnish at end: thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano is what I used
salt and pepper
1 tbs butter (ad at end)

Stir well, slow cook until everything is tender. Remove 1/2-2/3 contents and puree. Return, add butter & herbs, let butter melt and stir and stir. Serve.
