#5aday fruit and veg - Smoothie Style

One of my resolutions, not necessarily for the new year, because I started it in December, is to have 5 fruits and vegetables every day. A great way to get that done, in a quick but still yummy way, is smoothies. This one is banana, apple sauce, kale, lime juice, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, molasses (usually use honey but I ran out),blackberry yogurt and ice.
