Yummy pub food in a beautifully restored old building. The grounds are nice, too. I know because good ol' Auntie Boo-Boo played frisbee and tag with the nephew during lunch there as the rest of the family sat outside on the patio. My mother kept calling this place "Opie & Anthony's" -- mixing the former Boston area shock jocks with this place. Hahaha. I had a veggie burger "horseshoe" which is a Springfield area specialty dish of fries, cheese sauce, and open face burger. Damn good I tell you. They also made a special reuben for me the next time I went there before leaving the city, replacing the meat with sauteed mushrooms. That was so delicious. And of course, good microbrewed beers.
