Not for health reasons, just because of pantry supplies, I only used one egg instead of 3 and no 1/2 c of oil, but I did used 1 c of applesauce. The cake came out so very very moist and far too crumbly. As a result it fell apart as I was trying to build layers. It looks so terrible! I'm calling it an abstract Picasso Cake. Germand chocolate with coconut pecan frosting. It tastes just dandy though. Hahahaha.
