I spent my day in Concord (this applies to yesterday, not today; today was the same as ever---effing snow!!). I got lunch at a cute looking cafe that had so much promise but was absolutely disgusting for lunch. Very terrible flatbread pizza. The dessert I got there, though, were very yummy. I didn't do my usual routine because I switched shifts and went to the all small caps reading in Wendell, MA which featured Greg Purcell and Ish Klein. They were AMAZING and the night was very fun. It was my first poetry event since the Boston Marathon Reading this summer, exactly 6 months ago. I got Ish Klein's new book, Moving Day and 2 All Small Caps anthologies.
