Concert at the Seaport Pavillion (then the Blue Hill Bank, now the Rockland Trust Pavillion)
Lucky me, I got to see the Doobie Brothers and Gregg Allman for free last week, VIP lounge and front and center seats, no less! It was a great show. I love this music: it's the precursor to the contemporary music I love, it's timeless and fun, and it reminds me of all my best memories of my dad. When he was enjoying his WZLX (Boston's classic rock music station), he was at his most fun.

Just to note: those Baby Booners really no how to flaunt Massachusett's de-criminalization laws. Hope no one had a pee test the next day. You'd fail on account of contact. Good gravy. But I guess you coudl expect nothing less at a "Doobie Brothers" concert.
