I made a nice pasta primavera from Whole Foods brand version of Annie's mac n cheese. It was delicious.
In med hi evoo, sautee chopped frozen broccoli, frozen peppers and onions and 3 cloves fresh garlic, along with two fake Italian soysauges quarters and sliced. Add paprika, coriander, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, and chipotle spice plus salt and pepper. Stir and heat over med heat until it smells cooked, about 5 minutes.
Cook package pasta till just al dente. It will bake a bit so that will cook it through.
In a large mixing bowl, mix one cup plain greek yogurt, fill that same cup with water and add that, add the package of cheese, a heaping tbs of parmesan, 1/2 cup of pasta sauce, and 2 tbs of bread crumbs. Stir all ingredients well. Add drained pasta and contents of sautee pan. I used a spatula to spread into a square 9" glass pan. I topped the pasta with a little more bread crumbs, paprika, parmesan, salt, pepper and some garlic powder and baked 20 minutes at 375 degrees until it was slightly browned on the top.
It was really yummy.
