Why's JGL haunting me?

Oddest thing, I watched "500 Days of Summer" this morning and stopped almost at the end to go make some brunch and turn on public radio only to hear Joseph Gordon Leavitt being interviewed by Terri Gross.

That guy follows me around everywhere. Like in New Orleans, when Mom and I kept seeing him in the street in after the Crewe de Vieux parade. He was wearing a weird lion mane hat wig made of yarn. It occurs to me now that he might have been because he had no hair as he was portraying a cancer patient in the movie he was filming.

I will leave you with this heartbreaking scene from the end of the movie, which makes me cringe and hurt inside, as if thunderstorm clouds have just smothered rainbows and leaping unicorns from the sky.

"I just woke up one day and I knew."
"Knew what?"
"What I was never sure of with you."
}}Ice pick through heart{{

Ouchies.

Not done: First she goes on to say that he was right about fate and love and all that wonderful stuff. Then she says, "It just wasn't me that you were right about."

Now she's done.
