I think that chefs are the artists of the food world. It first dawned on me when I heard Chef Jose Andres on Charlie Rose talking about how he creates food--his philosophy was similar to what I'd read about Robert Duncan's philosophy on creating.
Anyway, one of the Top Chefs on Top Chefs Masters is from Cambridge and her menu looks great:
