Glamour magazine is making me hungry...

As far as fashion magazines go, I think Glamour does a fantastic job with its feature articles and how tos. This month's issue features a series of recipes from model-turned-cook book author Sophie Dahl, granddaughter of the Fantastic Mr Roald Dahl (auth of the Fantastic Mr. Fox, Charlie and the etc etc and, my favorite, the BFG). One for chicken stew looks mighty tasty, but I don't eat chicken. So think I might make it with white beans for the protein:

The ingredients will be...

olive oil
white beans
white wine
fennel bulb
can of chopped tomatoes
vegetable stock
pitted green olives
fresh basil
