The last two days I've been slipping! Let's see: so far 4 beers, whiskey, very greasy cheesy delicious pizza (3 slices), french fries, grilled cheese on white bread, Cadbury egg, nonfat mocha latte, onion bagel with cream cheese.
Good things: olive salad, Vruit, 365 brand type nutrigrain, almonds, baby carrots, naan, hummus
I've done some walking and some bowling. That counts a bit for exercise but not nearly enough for canceling out all this. I just thought I'd write it down so I could think about better decisions for the rest of the weekend.
