Eighteen Years of Vegetarianism

Happy 18th Anniversary, my vegetarianism! That's right, for almost 2/3 of my life, I have been a vegetarian. How is it going? Fantastic! I'm still finding new things every day. For instance, today I purchased smoked paprika, which I hear goes really well with lentils and kale. (Read it on a recipe somewhere. The smoked paprika has the same tones of the things that we vegetarians often tend to miss the most: bacon!)
