I just did the fun thing and ate food and watched football and the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet yesterday. It's important, I think, to let loose every once in a while....

-coffee w/ whole milk and honey

-cocoa almonds (delish!)
-mashed potatoes
-mixed steamed veg
-mushroom, romaine, 3 bean and olive salad with balsamic vinegar and 1/2 tsp ranch
-grapefruit juice
Not bad, right? But then came the night:
-2 Hurricanes (for New Orleans, of course; it's a drink feat. 3 juices and 3 types of rum...)
-mushroom and onion mini tortes - 6
-cheese and crackers (2)
-veggie pancakes - 3
-popcorn fried shrimp - 6
-carrots and hummus
-dark pretzels and spinach dip - many
-sandwich with soy chik pattie, provolone, mozzarella, olive salad (diced: pickled carrots, cauliflower, pepper, black olives, Spanish olives, kalamata, pickles, celery, roasted red peppers, fresh green bell peppers, olive oil, red wine vinegar) on scali roll (a vegetarian muffaletta)
-cheese cake
-pumpkin beer (1/2 small glass)
So, there you go. Lots of food. But it was fun and the Saints won, just like we'd hoped! Yay!
