Michael Pollan is on my radar

The other day at work, a co-worker lent me the book "The Omnivores Dilemma" by Michael Pollan after learning that I was a vegetarian. She was interested in my diet but also skeptical that is was fully healthy enough.

Side Note: Since I've been a vegetarian (with occasional pescitarianism) for almost nineteen years now (HOLY COW!), I'd say I'm fine. As a matter of fact, the times when my stomach gives me these terrible little flare ups is when I'm either 1) stressed, or 2) eating very bad food. I feel better by eating mostly raw and vegan until I feel better.
