Update on progress

I haven't been posting my daily reports, but I think I'm doing a pretty good job of sticking to eating well, though I've had three days in a row now of junk food.

SAT
-chocolate milk shake
-french fries

SUN
-cake (4 bites choc, 2 vanilla)
-sugar cookies (2)

MON
-french fries
-cherry Coke

But the fact that I can name the bad things is a good thing, I believe. No more junk food, though. Gotta get back to it.
