Talk of the Nation's Neal Conen interviewed choreographer Bill T. Jones about the late Merce Cunningham, who died last week at the age of 90. I learned about Merce the same way I learned about a lot of things I talk about on this blog, through the Black Mountain College class that was a one-time only course offering my senior year at UMaine - 8 years ago.
This interview was really fantastic, the way that Jones discussed all the movements in art and counter movements and contemplated What's Next for art-at-large...Pretty great.
