Recipe: Sweet Carrots
3 peeled and coin cut carrots
1 tsp butter
1 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Boil carrots to desired tenderness. Strain but keep the water. Reurn to pot, add butter, parsley, 1 tsp of carrot-water and cinnamon. Stir and serve.
